Are Vet bills going to go up?

I was just reading that vet bills might be going up next year because of the Affordable Care Act . I can't imagine it would actually be by much, but does anyone know how much or when?

So if I was to take my two cats or dog in next year for their checkup (in Seattle), how much more would I actually pay? What about the year after that?

So the ACA is affecting vets too? I'd be curious as to how, but I wouldn't put it past our current administration. The short truthful answer to your question is, no-one knows, and no one can know, because the ACA is literally thousands of pages of legislation, and therefore very hard to predict.
