Growl while asleep

I need some advice here...

I have two bitches from the same litter they are now 1 year and about 4 months old...they have both been spayed.

The two of the love each other and are always together - they are a mix with daschund

One of them once in deep sleep often just starts growling but the growl escalates in her sleep and by the time her eyes open she is absolutely ready to bite...I normally wake up if I am asleep too and start speaking to her....she has not bitten either of us yet but I do not want it to get to this point...

Any advice?
