Dog woke up yelping and shaking
molly_chick posted:
Hi, this morning my 10 mnth old cocker spaniel X was laying on my bed content and then she just started yelping, I rushed to her but she didn't stop yelping for about 3 minutes and I couldn't find anything wrong with her. After she stopped she seemed ok but I did notice that about an hr later when I let her ouside when she came back in she was walking slowly and her head went on an angle for a very short time (like she had a stiff neck. I picked her up and she was shaking and when I put her down again I watched her wal;k and again she walked very slowly with her head on a weird angle. After I patted her she then walked ok but she is shaking every now and then. Any idea what has happened to her, she was fine before she started yelping and had been let out first thing in the morning and when she came back inside after that toilet break she was fine. It was only when she was on the bed and even then it was about 15 minutes after her being on the bed. I looked to see if maybe a bug or spider had bitten her on the bed but couldn't see any bug at all on the bed. Any thoughts on this ??? Thanks
