Gugiling noises in my dog's stomach?

My almost two year old Pomchi woke me up early this morning, His tummy was growling pretty loudly, he didn't seem to realize that though. Me, worried that he may have to use the bathroom, took him outside. He did not use the bathroom though. When I came back inside with him I fed him some of his dog food, he only ate a couple. Recently A couple days ago he has been lazy and not as active and playful. I thought he was just depressed, but he has seemed to have gotten better, He only puked once.
I will admit he has tapeworms and fleas, It is hard getting rid of the fleas so It is difficult to get rid of the tapeworms, I am working on it though.
I am (hopefully) taking him to get a check up tonight, so I am not sure if it is anything serious or not.
p.s. he hasn't eaten any grass, not that I have seen.
Thank you
