My dog is 4 months old and he threw up white foam twice today he has not had any shots because I got him and he already has his appointment it started today at around 4 he threw up and won't play or eat I can't take him to the vet I don't have the money

Hopefully he just ate something bad and it will work itself out. Check for things he could have eaten, chewed on, or licked. If you can find anything you can call animal poison control for advice. If he has something like parvovirus, the shots won't help, but hopefully it's not that.
