I have a german shorthaired pointer 65 lbs. who consumed a piece of tuna fish flavored with garlic the size of my pinky finger nail, should I be worried?

I can understand your concern though. Garlic is sometimes used in home remedies for dogs, and even if it might be a bit harmful that's a pretty low dose for a dog that size. He should be fine. Just watch him in case of a food allergy and don't let him have any more.
