I'm scared. I just took my 14 month old German Short-haired Pointer to the vet because she was vomiting and had diarrhea. After x-rays, bloodwork, and stool samples it was determined by the vet that she has pancreatitis. This dog eats EVERYTHING she finds. I also give her treats and sometimes give her table scraps, although I have not done so the last couple of days. Her vomiting and diarrhea just started yesterday. The vet is keeping her for a couple of days, which is sending me into a depression. I am afraid that she will die. The vet has a positive outlook because she said I brought her in before it got too bad. Should I be worried that she will die? I'm really scared and sad. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
