I just turned 21 and have been with my current boyfriend about nine months, we found out I had POSC about a year ago in July. I always knew there was something wrong with my body because I started missing cycles in seventh grade, I went about a year without a cycle but was not really concerned, however I finally realized that there was something to be concerned about... I am trying to lose weight so that my boyfriend and I can start trying to conceive our first child together, I have no children while he has a little girl. If anyone has tips for me on losing weight please let me know because I recently had ankle surgery and have gain more weight since I have been immobile.
