Hi, i have been living with PCOS since i was about 14 years old, but only got professional confirmation about two years ago. im really scared to tell my fiance. I have been on Metformin and Progyluton and they both help, but if i stop taking them for a month, my cycle gets irregular again. I also experience tummy cramps at various times throughout the month for no explained reasons at all.
