I am 28 years old. I have been diagnosed with PCOS for a few years now. I am obsese and stuff. My soon to be husband and I want to have a baby. I don't have insurance or anything to help me out so I have to do it all at home. I am on Nortrel 7/7/7. If I am not on BC then I don't have my periods so I don't know if I am realising the egg or not. Can anyone help me out on what I should do. All I have been told is lose weight......
