I'm new the this and I was wondering has anyone tried the Vitex? I want to do things as naturally as possible. I've been diagnosed with PCOS and it has been extremely hard for my husband and I to conceive. Yes, I'm over weight and trying to loose and make better life style changes. I've done about a 100 hours worth of research on Vitex and still do not have a clear understanding if it is to be taken ON your period of not. I don't have regular periods (maybe 2 a year... maybe). Any suggestions, or experiences are welcomed! Thank you for your time!
