Not sure if I am in the right spot, I am not trying to conceive but yet trying to drop the excessive amount of weight I gained while pregnant. I am looking for more of diet plans that have worked and how mom's with PCOS have lost weight after giving birth, is there any one here that can help?!? I also can share my experience with getting pregnant and giving birth with PCOS if anyone is interested! Thanks!
