Hot Flashes

Hi all, I have had PCOS since i was 16 and i am 31 now. The last 8+ years i have hot flashes but now it is all the time.. I am birth control so i get my periods every month. I was off of the BC for about 6 years and just started again 2 months ago. The hot flashes are getting worse. I am having them all the time.. i dont know what to do.. I cant take it anymore

Try a different birth control! Not all are the same and what might have worked before could more than likely not work now.
