I had a tubal ligation about 5 years ago after my 3rd child. I was officially diagnosed with PCOS shortly after. My new GYN suggested i go on Metformin to control my many symptoms. i know that I am ovulating again, but what are my chances of getting pregnant again?

Your chances of being pregnant would still be the same as any woman who has a tubal ligation. Tubal ligation doesn't stop ovulation, it just keeps the egg from making it to the uterus and being fertilized. I hope this helps
