Hi Feleshia, I am kinda the same boat as you ttc. it is so frustrating seeing every one around popping out kids like no tomorrow n there I am with a big ol smile saying congrats when all I want to do is cry.... sorry didn't mean to add more stress lol... uggh but for reals... don't NO ONE know what to do for PCOS but shove pills down your throat. I for one dislike pills. I try not to take any if at all possible. So I went online n have been doing research. There are a few natural products to try. I am currently not ttc I was. But I have kinda given up. But anyway check out vitex/chasteberry. And also I was in Mexico and a woman told me about an ol folk tale of blending an aloe vera plant and drinking it. as far as the dosage I have no idea. But I am going to try it. I just planted a few in the garden once they get bigger I will try it. I have also looked online about it and most sites say its good for insulin so why not try.
