Like many women, life is daily struggle to overcome my many PCOS symptoms including hirsutism, weight gain, missed periods and depression. One really valuable support resource that I have found is http://www.pcoschallenge.com . I've learned so much from their weekly radio show which features prominent PCOS experts including endocrinologists, naturopathic physicians, dermatologists, psychologists, nutritionists and others. The site also has a television series that focuses on helping women with PCOS and provides information on how to get support through local offline PCOS support groups.
