i've had pcos for years

coming for a large fertile family, not getting pregnant is like being a red flower in a green forest, they questions, accusations, are horrible, it's your fault is always everyones answer, then the mood swings, weight, hair depression how are we to live? Well after visiting the infertility clinic for another scary free study (the first 1996 birth controls that left me severely sick then the clomid that left me suicidal ending with a over production of adhesions on my ovaries) i still would do all i can to have my husbands child/children, any thing to end the night mare. I was told that the 20 years i thought i didn't have a period that i actually had them and didn't know it, i was more normal than i thought so i changed me i drink naked (natural juice) 2x a day green the best and 3 weeks later a period i can see, today nausea, breast tenderness, lil headaches, eating desires all indications of being pregnant scarred to get tested, the point is i increased my vitamin intake natural foods and it helped, if i'm not the next step is to clean my body out then start again with as much fruits veg nuts beans i can consume i feel great, you will to try it and good luck
