    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

    Weekly Updates?
    Scoutabout posted:
    Hi, all --

When I was pregnant with my daughter, all the mommies-to-be used to post weekly updates (responding to whoever posted the first one, so it was one thread). We let each other know how we were doing, how our babies were and how we were handling pregnancy. I don't see any here anymore. I know the activity on this Board has declined significantly since they changed the format, but I'm hoping to get this started again. It was a nice way to get to know and support one another. A bunch of us became very close friends by providing that constant support. I hope you'll join me!

    Here goes:

    16 weeks!

PROS: Feeling SO much better. The first tri was really challenging for me. I was never sick with my daughter and this time I felt like I had the flu for 3 months -- blech! Everyone keeps telling me this must mean we're having a boy, but I'm not convinced. I think it could be a little girl with a BIG attitude! Told my DSSs (10 and 11) a few weeks ago and they're excited. Of course they want a baby brother.

CONS: Feel like I'm gaining more weight this time and more quickly, so I've got keep that in check. Hoping once the weather gets warmer and I'm outside more walking, that will help. In the meantime, just trying to eat healthfully and exercise when I can. [PRO:> Started prenatal yoga again, and chasing around my toddler is keeping me on my toes, that's for sure!

OTHER: DH and I seem to be at odds more this pregnancy. In truth, we have a lot going on, always running around with my DSSs and of course our 13-month-old daughter requires a lot of attention. I know he's stressed about having his fourth kid (financially), but we do just fine financially and will manage. He is such a help sometimes, but much of the time I have to do EVERYTHING and it drives me crazy! Next appointment is on 3/30. Looking forward to it!

    Best to all --

    Hi Lisa,

Great idea, we had a weekly update a few months back and I enjoyed reading them.

I know... this board has suffered much :( So sad.

I want to keep up with you on "this side" though!!!!

I was so big the second time around that my cousin asked if I was expecting twins... BUT... the overall weight gain was the same, so don't stress too much...
