Im 40 old and finished a clomiphene treatment (first dose-first cicle). The doctors told me made the pregnancy test on 28 this month. The question is posible to notice something before the day of the test?

I never had clomiphene (my sister did), but for my last pregnancy, I noticed implantation bleeding before I took the test.
