I would say 99.99999999% sure that you cannot get pregnant if you haven't menstruated in years. By mid-60s women tend to be in full on menopause where that might not be the case in the early 50s, but it is still very, very, very, very unlikely for a woman in her early 50s to become pregnant on her own.
