Breastfeeding???

I did not breast feed my son so I will be new at this. I am worried I won't be able to do it or with two it will just be too overwhelming! have not breastfed twins but, have a friend who breastfed her twins. your body will produce as much milk as each baby needs. It may be hard at first until your milk comes in all the way but, after that you should be able to do it. She fed both twins at the same time... she saw a lactation specialist that really helped her to hold them both and they were able to feed just fine. Good luck, mama! you'll do just fine

HI-I will be in same situation as you. This will be whole new experience and also having twins. I hope I have enough to pump into bottles as I think that will help night feedings but I could be completely wrong. I know you dont produce enough right away to do this but that is the goal I am going to try to work towards. My employer offers a lacation program but they dont set up til 8 months pregnanct (currently 19 weeks) so much of my questions I am waiting til then. They do offer a free breast pump for when I go back to work so that is awesome b/c those are expensive! Do you plan on talking w/any kind of lacation nurse?

Any suggestions anyone has I would love to hear also!
