Since Adina didnt start it today I will...
Cris and Tyler
34 w 4 d
w/g side vent to some on another post - more than any of you!
s/s Emotional, swollen I have thighs from hips to my toes, Nexium is working wonders on the heartburn, I have insane insomnia and I think that is making me more emotional, constipation, my tailbone aches and I pee all the time.
grateful my girlfriends hosted a really nice shower for me yesterday and I got tons of great stuff. It was so nice to see everyone and I felt grateful that so many people wanted to celebrate Tyler. I am also glad to be close to full term - I keep telling myself all the uncomfyness that comes with the last stretch just means the end is getting closer.
Next d/a 2 weeks for growth scan and my first check - never had one before but the nurse today called it a tonsil check.... sounds fun!
1/14 BFP, Due 9/23 its a boy!
27 w 6 d
w/g: 21lbs as of Friday's dr appointment
grateful: Abby is healthy and moving up a storm all weekend
s/c: DH got fired from his job this morning. Adding that stress to the pregnancy hormones = bad monday morning
Next d/a: 9/17
Adina & Ada
36w6d
w/g: 36 1/2 lbs :( :(
s/c: horrible cramping since last night, but of course no "show" other than the big bunch of non-bloody stuff that emerged last Tuesday. I'm swelling up in my ankles and calves if I don't have my feet up 24/7, reflux is back with a vengeance and it has brought some nausea. I woke up last night holding in vomit and couldn't roll out of the bed fast enough, LOL. DH jumped up and brought a wet washcloth to me and I slept with it on my chest which made me feel better.
Feeling silly for being so ready for this baby to come out since I'm still 3 weeks from my due date, but I'm just so BIG, LOL!
Next d/a: TOMORROW!! We'll schedule my u/s for next week, and then next week we'll hopefully be scheduling an induction for the following week and not a c-section, but whatever is best for baby I'll deal with.
25 weeks
w/g: Last appointment was...gulp, 19, and I know we're not slowing down!!!! ARG!
Symptoms: Feeling decent, but struggling with sleep, which is a total change for me. I've honestly been pretty lucky in the past with sleeping like a baby! So, it's just new for me! I'm having some hip pain at night, plus waking up to go potty.
Other: I'm hoping to finally meet with my doula soon. And, I've been sort of putting off doing a lot of labor prep (like studying hypnobirthing, which I'd like to do), thinking, I still have plenty of time. But over the weekend 3 people mentioned to me "Oh, not that much longer" and I thought, oh please, I have plenty of time...but, hmmmmm, maybe I need to get my head on straight now!

Next d/a: 2 weeks
41w4d
w/g - not counting anymore :)
Doing ok. Frustrated that baby boy isn't here yet. Nervous about actually making it to 42 weeks where we have to start talking about what's next as far as induction stuff plus legal stuff (may have to transfer to an OB). Frustrated that I feel so much pressure from the "outside" (schedules, other people, etc) to have him now when I'd really like to just wait on him and his timing. We're just trying to stay busy now. My mom is staying ANOTHER extra week to help out (Yay!!). DH is to the point of making up projects to keep busy, lol, and mom and I have been doing way too much shopping, haha!
Hopefully I'm not posting another one of these next Monday, lol!
Next mw/a - Wednesday
W/G: 7lbs since last appt. and I don't think it is going to be pretty next week!
31w 6d
Symptoms: I can't sleep comfortably to save my life. My hip bones hurt and my husband steals my body pillow every chance he gets. Other than that I am very fortunate and have no other complaints.
Other: I am getting a little anxious as I am 6 weeks away from when DS was born (28 weeks)....I KNOW that this pregnancy is completely different so far, I am just afraid things are going to start falling apart. My next DA is next week and they will probably move me to every two weeks at that time.
Next DA: 8/24
19w4d
w/g: not sure yet. I'm thinking I gained about 4-5lbs so far.
s/c: I feel pretty good this week. I have been fighting migranes this trimester & my back is aching but I try not to complain. Im still exhausted.
I still havent felt any movement yet so Im anxious about that but I know it is different for everyone.
Next D/A: Big U/S Thursday! Cant wait to find out what we are having. Next OB appt: 8/30
14w 6d
w/g: still down 3 from start.
s/c: This baby is causing a food aversion to everything--I will get hungry, but as soon as I start looking for something to eat or put something in front of me, I get nauseous. I still eat, but every bit is a struggle--and I can't eat much before one more bit feels like it will throw me over.
Other than that, feeling fine.
Next D/A: end of this month
Other: Have found out we have to move out of the house we are living in, so we are on a house search that we did not expect to be doing for 3 more years. Just moved across country to this house for family reasons and now the other party reneged on the deal. UUGH! Not prepared in the least and not excited about packing it all up again. At least this will be local move since we are staying here for now to finish some goals we started as part of this arrangement.
Michelle--I am so sorry to hear about your DH--I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers that he finds something fast!
Adina--keeping you in my thoughts too--when labor vibes are needed, they will be on their way.
Kailah--sending labor vibes and will look for your birth story!
Shelley--Good luck with your Doula--they are awesome to have--hoping we can again this time.
Marisa--keeping you in my thoughts!
SMILES AND BELLY PATS!
8 weeks 2 days
w/g: 2 lbs down from start weight
Symptoms: I had a few days of with no M/S which had me panicking, but now it is slowly returning and I am dreading it. I am nausiated but have not vomited for a few days now. My breasts are rather sensitive today and I have also been battling a headache for the last 36 hours.
Other: I am trying to get excited about our vacation that we are leaving for on Thursday but I am afraid of flying with M/S. We booked this trip before we got pregnant again and we are going to the mountains. Now I cannot go up on the mountain due to the lack of oxygen and I do not feel up to hiking at all... ugh. I wish we could go somewhere else now so that I can have fun too. I am ready to get away though, even if I do spend a lot of time in the hotel room!
Net d/a: This Wednesday 8/18 @ 10am.
9 w 2 d
w/g-Not sure.
s/s: Acid reflux like WHOA, occasional nausea, food adversions, sore boobs, emotional
Grateful: to have an amazing husband who sacrifices himself for our family and our well being. He is honestly the most amazing husband and father I could have asked for.
Next d/a: Thursday the 19th. I believe it is just a registration with the clinic and I won't have much interaction with a doctor. We'll see.
18wks 2d
w/g: none I've been trying to eat as healthy as possible. I can eat a cup of soup and a plate of salad and be full.
s/c: Energy comes and goes. I usually can get a short nap in daily. If I stand up for a short amount of time my right leg goes numb. My dr says it's paresthesia. Luckily changing positions makes it better.
Next d/a: I go see a specialist this Thursday for a level 2 u/s. My quad screen showed a 1:15 chance for Downs so my regular OB was concerned, but as my husband said that's a 93% chance that everything is okay.
15 w
w/g: 5lbs at last Dr. appt.
s/c: Sooooo emotional!!! My husband is gone for work for several weeks and I feel like an emotional wreck. I've been crying over everything! Plus, we had a move planned before he left and his leave was completely unexpected, so I had to handle to move all on my own. Needless to say, I'm completely exhausted! Pregnancy symptoms are being wonderful to be though. M/S has gone away and I'm getting lots of energy back. So far I'm loving 2nd Tri!
grateful: For my family and friends who all helped with the moving this weekend. I'd still be at it if it wasn't for them. Also thankful that my husband was given this opportunity to make extra money to save up for baby. (Even though I miss him like crazy)
Next d/a: Sept. 9th, and then big U/S will be scheduled after that. I can't wait!!!!!
32 weeks
w/g: about 20 lbs.
Took my daughter to her 7th birthday party at Incredible Pizza on Saturday night. Fell in the bathroom. Had to be taken by ambulance to hossy. How embarrassing! Busted my knee, but couldn't get it looked at until I spent several hours in L&D due to my blood pressure being sky high!! Baby is fine. BP went down. Knee is pretty bad.
Doc did a 3D ultrasound at the hossy and got some good pics of my little boy's face!!
Other than that, ready for this to be over but glad he is healthy.
Next D/A: Thursday, Lab, NST and DR.
12w4d
w/g: not really sure haven't weighed myself in a while... I guess we'll see Wed at my dr apt
s/c: m/s is starting to get better, migraines are in full swing. I have had one rough week. I went to the instacare 3 times and a trip to the er. It started with dehydration from throwing up from a migraine and turns out I have pneumonia. So now I have an awful cough and can hardly do anything without getting short of breath and having a coughing fit.
next d/s: Wed one with the ob and then a follow up with the primary for the pneumonia.
Terri and baby Kellie:
