tapeworm during pregnancy

I've had tapeworm since I was young and didn't realize what it was until about a year ago. Since Last year, I've had to treat it 3 times with niclosimide twice and recently with dr. floras parasite cleanse. I think I got rid of all of it, because the doctors didn't see any signs of tapeworm eggs in my stool. What I'm asking is that if I get pregnant and for some reason I still have tapeworm, how dangerous can that be for my baby? Will I be able to take medication to get rid of the tapeworm while I'm pregnant?
