Hi I am I think about 6 weeks pregnant and I experienced bleeding but nothing bad I went for an ultra sound and there's the sac but they haven't seen a baby yet is this bad ? They did prescribe me medroxyprogesterne then I got pregnant on that could this be why

It could be too early to see anything. When I was pregnant, at 6 weeks they only saw a blob with a heartbeat. If you're earlier than that, there might not be anything to see.
