nerve pain 6 months after pregnancy

hi my daughter is 6 months. i had carpel tunnel syndrome in both my arms during pregnancy and my feet and hands were very swollen. the outer skin on my right thigh became numb very early into my pregnancy. today this is still numb n the docs say it will take a while to go away..i understand that part. however, my feet have not gone back to my normal shoe size. two nights ago i was having pins n needles in my feet and my teeth were tingling and theres some pain in my arms as well.. the doc told me that its nerve pain cuz of all the swelling during pregnancy sometimes it takes a while to go back to normal...but this pain wasnt always there...is this normal and related to my pregnancy? or is something else wrong? n e one else still has pain 6 months after? the doc gave me bevidoxine forte (vitamin B supplements) to help. thanks a lot in advance to whoever can share their stories
