Hi everyone! Before i got pregnant i experienced severe pelvic pain for the last year. i went to the doctor and had ultrasounds, pelvic exams and urine tests done. i didnt have any STD's. ovarian cysts and masses run in my family. i was very concerned about having endometriosis, but without insurance i could not pursue doctor visits. Now, I am pregnant, about 9 or 10 weeks, and I am having the same pelvic pains. it is in the same place, right next to my hip bones low in my abdomen. should i be worries that there is something wrong?

it is best to see your healthcare provider. There are many causes of the pain you are describing too many to go over in this text.

You need to be evaluated. It may be absolutely normal (meaning a normal finding related to pregnancy) or it could be something else. But you need an examination to determine that.

Congratulations on becoming pregnant.
