What to do when missing period and having cramps ??

Hi..m 26 yrs old..yes..m trying to conceive from last 6 months.....my last period was on 18th april'12...m almost 11 days late for my period....m feeling so worst i donno why...all the time my stomach is like cramping and bloating..feels like period will come..but the pain getting on n off.....1 week before...I had some brown spotting so i thought my period came on right time but its gone after a day...and now its 29th I feel so heavy and crampy and a lil bit of nausea.......but still no period....m overweight almost 170 lbs....so i started doin yoga from last month....is this causing me late period and cramping or something else is goin on ??

Have you taken a pregnancy test? All your symptoms, even the cramping as long as it isn't severe, can be pregancy symptoms.

No I didnt...last time [6 months back may be> I had the same kind of thing [except cramp n nausea>...I did test but it showed negetive...I got so disappointed n sad that time....thats why this time I dint take any test.. ...what u think ? Is this the proper time to do the test or I'll wait for somedays ?

If your more then a week late i would go ahead and test using first morning urine. And if that test is negative i would wait untill you miss your period again to test, becuase it could also be possible you didnt ovulate and if you dont ovulate then no period. So id test.
