It depends. In women with two ovaries, they take turns releasing an egg. I a woman with one ovary, she will either have periods every other month or the remaining ovary will compensate for the missing one and ovulate every month.

Are you having regular periods meaning a period every month?

Yes I am more regular now then I have ever been.

If you're regular and having a normal period every month, then it shouldn't be any more difficult for you to get pregnant than someone with two ovaries.
