I'm 8 weeks pregnant and I'm looking for an answer.

My name is Jessica and I'm going on 25 June 12th, I am 8 weeks pregnant without employment and I do try to keep up with my baby health. I'm Just wondering if it's bad to not really eat much the first 3 months of pregnancy, I asked this question and I was told no but I need advise asap.

Its really based off of how you feel, if your eating when your hungry and not starving yourself your fine. A lot of woman loose weight in there first trimester because of morning sickness and then nausea (sp) have a heard time eating or keeping anything down, just make sure that your drinking plenty of water.
