hi, i'm 22 weeks pregnant and the last few days i've started feeling symptoms that werent there before. i suddenly have a throbbing persistent headache, and my vision keeps getting blurry and one of my eeyes are now bright red. i know vision changes can occur during pregnancy but this didnt happen with my last pregnancy. also, i've suddenly been feeling nauseas, which is weird becausse i've never had morning sickeness and i didnt know it could start so far into the pregnancy. and i've also been getting really dizzy and light headed after standing or walking for five or so minutes. my lower back hurts, which i know is normal, but i've also been getting this weird cramping on my right side. and no matter how i lay down, whether i lay on my side or on my back, within minutes my arms and legs start to tingle and feel numb. i dont want to call the doctor if i'm just overthinking normal pregnancy symptoms, so what do you think?

I would call your doctor because those can be signs of pre-eclampsia which is pretty serious. It may just be this pregnancy is different than your last, but I wouldn't take that chance. I would call the doctor as soon as possible. Possibly even ER if you feel bad enough. Best of luck!
