I HAVE BEEN HAVING BAD CRAMPS IN MY STOMACH FEELS LIKE IF I HAVE TO POOP REALLY BAD BUT DONT NEED TO WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS? IM ABOUT 4 WKS ALONG

Some cramping in early pregnancy is normal. It is your uterus growing. As long as you aren't bleeding you should be fine and the cramping should get better or go away completely in a few weeks.
