19 wks pregnant and ate king mackerel

about 2 wks ago, i ate king mackerel for the 1st time. then 2 days ago i had some again. i just realized my doctor said to avoid king mackerel while pregnant. should i be concerned?

You should be fine. It's continued exposure to the chemicals/toxins that causes problems.
