I don't necessarily see how it could be harmful, but I also don't see why you would need to. Your body naturally cleanses itself, even though while pregnant you dont have your normal period, most women still have secretions, which is your vaginal area cleansing itself.

Also, douching can actually mess up the pH balance of your lady bits, which can lead to vaginal infections - moreso if you douche frequently.
