Question about HCG and progesterone levels

Hey there, I got a +HPT test at home and made a dr appt, according to LMP I should be about 7 weeks 6 days when I went to the dr on Friday, however when he did an us he said that he saw a very small sac(which would put me at about 5 weeks) and that I may have ovulated 2 weeks later, it could be a tubular pregnancy, or just not a viable one at all. He said he saw a cyst on my one ovary(but he wasn't concerned about that at all). He sent me for Blood work on Friday and then again on Sunday, my HCG levels have doubled the way they should however my pregesterone levels are low. The nurse told me .29, everywhere I am reading it is telling me that at this stage of the pregnancy I should be greater than 10, the nurse was not very helpful when I asked what normal numbers should be she told me she didn't know what normal numbers are she is rehearsed too much in the progesterone. I have only had mild cramping here and there(which I had with my other 5 children) and NO spotting or bleeding? Could I possibly still go on to have a normal healthy pregnancy? I am supposed to follow up with another u/s this Friday but I don't know if I can wait that long to go back I have been a basket case the whole weekend. I have also read that if your progesterone levels are low that they can give you shots or pills to boost it, but mine seems way too low to give any of those to help boost it. Any help or ideas of what I should expect for my upcoming appointment would be great!
