33 days late but Negative test and having symptoms

For the past 9 years I have struggled with my period. Back in October 2011 I had a tumor removed on my lower spine that the Doctor stated could have been an issue with my menstral cycle and it appeared that was the case since I had a regular period (6months) each month up until recently. I have been tracking and I am currently 33 days late and didn't think much of it but recently I have been having symptoms of Pregnancy- Tender swollen breast, nausea, no period, senstivity to smells but when I took the at home test I got a negative result. It is really having me question the test.

You could schedule to have a blood test. Some woman don't receive positive hpt's.
