I had a period in april, bu I had no period for the month of may, but it came on in june.. I was cramping badly and dizzy and nausea.. I was wondering could I have miscarried? THe bad cramping lasted two days but i noticed something weird on my tampon when i pulled it out, it was a spongy looking blood clot not a normal looking one that usually comes out.. Could I have miscarried and do I need to go to a doctor and get checked out? I did take a pregnancy test that was negative but the lady told me the cheap ones can give false negatives.. Also, I was really stressed at the time..
