I am 37 weeks pregnant and I went to L & D and the babys heart rate was between 130s and 190s but mostly in the 150s to 170s and they sent me home and I am worried about what to do.

Thats a pretty average heart rate for LO...
With DS1 he stayed around 165 the whole time but with this LO his heart rate has slowly dropped and is now around 137...
sounds like staying between 150 and 170 is your LO's normal rate! Wish you the best!
