Pregnancy server lower abdominal, back pain & vomiting 6 wks

My daughter in law started with server pain in her lower abdominal area, lower back and has not been able to keep anything down since s Wednesday evening July 4, today is July 10. Her first hospital visit they gave her fluids and sent her home. She was back on Friday July 6 Friday July 6, and Sunday July 8. She has been in the hospital since July 8. Her pain is so server that she cannot move. As soon as she is putting something in her mouth to eat or drink it is coming back up. Doctors have done ultra sounds and ruled out gall bladder. The doctors are at a loss can someone please give suggestions as to what else they should be looking for. She is 21, 6 ft tall, weighs 135#
