Every now and then, I get this substance to leak out of my vagina(kind of like cum) is this normal or should I go get it looked at? This is my 4th pregnancy but this is the first that this has ever happened to me.

Normal. Most women have increased discharge during pregnancy. Every pregnancy is different, even in the same woman so just because you never had it before doesn't mean you won't.

This only applies if the discharge clear and does not have a bad smell. If either of the above are present, you need to see a doctor.
