Hello everyone,

In doing some research about increasing my chances to get pregnant at 40, I found the various information very overwhelming.

Here is my question: Can I take Folic Acid 400mcg (1 tablet a day), generic Prenatal, Multivitamin/multimineral Supplement (1 tablet a day), and FertilAID( 3 tablets per day)?

For the Generic Prenatal Supplement here are some of the facts:
Vitamin C 120mg - 200%
Folic Acid 800mcg- 100%
Zinc 25mg - 167% and more...

As for me: I have been healthy my life, played sports, 128lbs, 5"8. I have not started the FertiAID, but have been taking the other two for the past few weeks. I am trying to stay positive, healthy hoping to get pregnant by the end of this year. Please share your thoughts, suggestions, and experiences (recommended by my doctor...lol).

Thank you ALL

If you take the pre-natal vitamins, you don't need to take additional folic acid. Pre-natal vitamins have all the folic acid you'll need and any fortified grains such as bread have folic acid added as well.
