DH and I are TTC and in 2 weeks I will be taking a HPT! If I am pregnant I want a fun way to tell my husband and his parents that weekend when we will be getting together for Labor Day.. I really need something special because even though we have been actively TTC, he would have preferred a surprise. He wont be expecting me to tell him at the same time I tell his parents. So, if I am pregnant I am still going to leave tampon applicators in the trash to through him off. I have researched online and found lots of ideas but I would really like something unique maybe labor day related. Any ideas???

How about wearing a shirt that says "Mom-to-be" and see if he notices. You could also get a shirt made for him that says "Dad-to-be" and see what he says.

Regarding your poll, with DS, I got pregnant the first month we tried after getting the okay from my doctor. With DD, we tried off and on for six months.
