Safe exercises while you are pregnant?

Walking is good. Also, if you're already excersizing, then you can continue, just at a lower intensity. When I was pregnant with my DS, I was going to the gym regularly and my doctor said I could continue but lift lower weights and walk slower on the treadmill.

I had an appointment with my OB last week and asked her this same question (I could remember the hear rate limit). She told me that the limit on hear rate for pregnant women was lifted and that I could excercise normally, but just to be careful since my balance is a little off due to the belly.

Please be sure confirm with your doctor which exercises and which heart rate is just right for you.
