Psoriasis Medications and Pregnancy

What prescription medications are safe to use for psoriasis during pregnancy? I know all the common methods of salt baths and moisturizing. However, my psoriasis is worse on my scalp so I'm looking for something to ease the scalp itch! Especially since I can't walk around all day with oil in my hair, as it would look a little odd. Also are there any topical treatments for the skin as my arms, stomach, and back are also getting worse since I stopped using my prescriptions? I'm only 6 weeks along so I still have a long road ahead of itching and pain if there isn't anything. Thanks for any input!
