Hi Ladies,
On Thrusday 9/27/2012 i felt somenthing coming down in my panties. It Felt like my period, but i am 8 weeks 6 days pregnant so i knew it wasn't that. When i went to the bathroom i had a of discharge in my panties and when i wiped i looked light pink and kinda brownish. For protection i put on a pad. When i got to the doctors office i had no discharge in the pad and the baby was fine. I heard the heartbeat!! BTW have not had anymore discharge. Is that normal?? Has it happend to anyone?? I am terrified i am going to loose my baby. Thanks for reading.

Spotting/light bleeding is common in early pregnancy. It's only a problem if it's heavy and/or accompanied by severe cramping.

Thank you very much for your answer. I have a follow up appt 10/3 for an ultrasound. I can't wait to hear my baby's heartbeat. Your answer brings calmness.
