Baby is not Turning

Good Morning to all. I'm am concerned because I'm 22 weeks pregnant and my baby is not turning. I have been to the hospital for my 3rd ultrasound and the baby is still in the same position. He is moving his hands and feet. His heart beat is also beating strong, but he is just not turning. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I have never experienced this before. I am waiting to see a specialist, but my nerves are getting the best of me. The technician had me jumping, drinking cold water, walking, and moving my belly but the baby would not budge. I hope someone can share some info, Thanks and have a great day.

What do you mean it's not turning? If you mean facing head down, you still have 18 weeks.

No,He is not rotating around as he should be. All he is doing is moving his hands and his feet around. After they had me jumping, walking and doing all the other stuff, it was for him to at least turn around or on his side, but he is not. They have been unable to get certain pictures needed because of the angle he is in. This is why they are sending me to see a specialist. It appears as if he has not change postion at all since my last visit based on the images taken two weeks ago. The technician was able to observe him moving his hands and his feet but not moving his body.
