spontaneous bladder rupture

In May 2010 I gave birth to my 4th child. I have never had a section before. After 16 hrs of labor I was rushed for an emergency section. my baby was born within 3 min. The docs found my uterus was totally ruptured, placenta fully separated and my bladder was ripped in half. My baby was IN MY BLADDER.

I was in surgery for 6 hrs, had a hysterectomy and blood transfusions. I had a suprapubic catheter for 7 wks. My son was in NICU for 9 days (and I didnt see him ANY during this time, was in a diff hospital).

I was told he would have brain damage and i would most likely have some degree of urinary issues, just no idea to what degree.

I am very happy to report that 18 months later my son is PERFECT and i healed 100%.

My docs (urologist, OB and pedi) all say this was nothing short of a MIRACLE.

I was curious if this has ever been seen/heard of before? I have searched online and am not able to find anything that is what happened to me. Some come close.
