am almost 11 weeks. i have had 2 misscarriages before but i misscarried when i was 6-8 weeks. but with this one the day after my first drs appointment and the pap they gave me i started having really really dark brown bleeding/discharge which shortly became bright red and to heavy for spotting but way to light for a period. (i have never spotted before so i kept an eye on it) but when it got heavy and i was having pains i went to the drs (2 days after my first ultrasound) to see what was going on and they said that they still cant tell cuz the baby is still really small. at the 1st visit they said the uterus and sac were growing fine but the baby was only 7mm. when i went in yesterday they said the baby was 4mm. and cuz it was so small we werent able to hear a hearbeat both visits. they said if it gets worse go to the er asap for a d and c or wait till our origninal appointment on friday, and if there is improvement then we will keep with the pregnancy if not then i lost it. i am also O- and the father is O+.....because i am still bleeding red and more then spotting what would the best suggestion or thought on if its a misscarriage or not....

You need to stay in close contact with your MD, as this does not seem to be following a miscarriage route; combined with the negative/positive blood types- it is important to err on the side of caution.
    Best with all of this,
