When to test?

Hello! So the hubby and I think that we are expecting our first child but I'm not sure when to test. I have an extremely irregular cycle and I am prone to ovarian cysts which may have to do with the irregularities. My symptoms are breast growth, what I think was implantation bleeding (a few weeks ago) , a lack of appetite (I've lost 5lbs in the last 2 weeks), and nausea though I haven't thrown up yet. I have had many cysts in the past but I know the symptoms (that are often similar to pregnancy) and these are absolutely not the same.

If it's been at least two weeks since you had sex then you can test.
