just found out im pregnant afew weeks ago and yesterday i got my period, iv been reading online and asking friends if this is normal. everyone is saying to go to the er and see whats wrong if there even is anything wrong. as i was reading it said some woman have normal periods durring pregnancy, or could be a misgarrage. im terrified.

Technically you can't have a period while pregnant since a period is the shedding of the uterine lining and that would be a miscarriage.

Some women do have period-like bleeding during pregnancy and go on to have a healthy pregnancy.

If you have a doctor, call them and see what they want you to do.
