I just had my first pelvic exam, im 14 weeks pregnant, I had some cramping before the exam but now it is Really bad, and i have this gooey bloody disharge now... im Terrified... i dont want to loose the baby... this is my first pregnancy and i was told before that because of my medical conditions i may not be able to get pregnant. Is it urgent enough to go to the ER? I also had an ultrasound today to find out it is a little girl, with (from what i could see) a strong heartbeat... Im so scared im near tears with this... please help?

I recommend calling your obgyn, they usually have a 24 doctor on call. They will most likely send you to the E.R. I

Hi CelticButterfly93 -

Checking in to see how you are doing. Did you reach the doctor?

Hi there~
Sorry for this health scare. I hope you've been able to ease your mind about your mind about the state of your pregnancy and received some good news from your doctor? I'm praying that this is the case....Also, if it would be helpful, I just wanted to make a suggestion that you consider getting in touch with a Pregnancy Resource Center in your area. I know from my time working at Focus on the Family that you can find one through an organization called OptionLine (800-712-HELP). But, they usually have a lot of help and info available for young women in your shoes. So, just FYI if you're looking for some support and assistance. Well, hang in there and know someone out there is thinking of you and praying for you!
